How we store your data

We use a third party piece of software which allows us to manage all of our prospects’ data. The software also allows to automate marketing emails (where we have consent to do so). This piece of software is called User.com – you can find more information about their service here.

User.com is a web-based platform is fully compliant with the latest data protection laws and gives us the ability to separate your data based on the specific consent you have given us – i.e. if you simply sign up to receive blog updates, you will not receive a call from a salesperson unless you take further action and request that action.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

How we use your data

User.com allows us to take the data collected and match it; so for instance when we collect data about a visit to a page on our site through cookies, that data is anonymous, an IP address does not allow us to personally identify you. However, if you then fill in a contact form then User.com matches your IP address with the data you have provided to show us all of the pages that you have viewed on our site. We have a legitimate interest in finding this information out as it allows our sales team to get an idea of what you are interested in through what content you have consumed. It also tells us the level of interest you may have for our services.

If you make a request to for us to get in touch with you, your data will also be entered into User.com Our sales team will contact you usually by phone but also by email to assess your needs and take you through our sales process. If at the end of the process, you decide not to proceed with our brokerage service, we will ask for your consent to keep you up-to-date with news and content from Digital Future First. This will be marketing material and you will be entered into what we call our “nurture programme”, where you will receive content and information based upon that.
