Training to help SME business leaders to increase productivity, seize investment opportunities and grow their business.

What is Help To Grow: Management?

Designed and delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts at world-class business schools, this leadership course will provide time away from the challenges of running a business to invest in your leadership, and to learn how to take your business to the next level.

The Course runs over 12 weeks and includes online and face-to-face sessions, 1 to 1 mentoring and peer networking.
With just one session a week, it is designed to fit around existing work and personal commitments.

Who it’s for?

Businesses across all sectors can apply, including social enterprises. The attendee should be a decision maker in the business (for example CEO, managing director), and businesses applying must:

  • Be based in the UK
  • Have between 5-249 employees
  • Have been operating for more than a year
  • Have at least one link of management in the business structure

If your business employs between 10 and 249 people, you can send up to two participants on the course. For more information, please read the FAQs.

Charities are not eligible.

    How do I apply?

    Step 1: Firstly, we recommend that you register with us because when you do we'll ensure you are kept in the loop with all the latest Government incentives as they are announced.

    Step 2: Once you have registered your business with us you can book your free needs assessment with an Advisor by selecting one of the three durations below, then choose your preferred day and time and we'll do the rest.
